A thought is a claim. Claims can be looked at.
Write out the thing you keep thinking — the actual sentence, in the words it arrives in. This page pulls it apart in your browser: which part of it is something that happened, which part is a reading of what that meant, which part is a prediction, and which words are quietly doing the heavy lifting. That much is free and runs before anything is charged.
This is not therapy and it is not a therapist. It is a thinking tool that uses well-known ideas from cognitive behavioural therapy — the same ones in the self-help workbooks. It cannot know you, it does not diagnose anything, and it is no substitute for talking to a person. If a thought is frightening you, please talk to someone real.
